Excellent communication, very punctual, and knowledgeable. I had no problems understanding the issues that were found with my unit. And pointing out the least to the greatest of issues on my 12yr old unit. I will be referring him to my neighbors and getting my work done.
My furnace stop working and reach out to Bebes AC and from the beginning the customer service was A+. Orlando arrived on time and took his time to explain and to show me every single problem with my unit..Making the process easy. He was kind enough to leave two heaters for me to use during the night so the house get a little warm until he finished the job..I recommend him 100%….
Outstanding service. I was able to call and set up an appointment. Technician arrive 15 minutes early. Very knowledgeable! Told me what was wrong with my system and what I need to do to get it fixed and how much it would cost. Very straightforward. Request the same technician to come back and fix the problem. Haven't had an issue with my system sinceHighly recommended. I will use him again if needed
