William R. was great, friendly provided helpful information about how to properly run my appliance, things that I really never thought matter but he informed usb of things that it would help our dishwasher perform much better. For example, rinse aid, the importance of it, not only to get spots off your dishes but how it works with the heat in your dishwasher to help in the drying process. I just googled it and he was correct. I knew it needed to be put in there but always thought it was just another marketing ploy to get people to buy stuff.

Romero arrived, and promptly checked each box to make sure all the parts were there. He then went right to work making the necessary repairs. When finished he cleaned up the area and let me mop the area. He disposed of all the trash. Explained that the repair is quarantined for 90 days, but since I have the home warranty it nullifies the 90 days. He explained also that the ice maker would once again work once that area is cold enough. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person.
