AWESOME seminar last weekend! Great teachers with diverse techniques all geared toward true self defense...not sport. It was great to have so many different Martial Artist to work with in one room. Grandmaster "Doc" did an excellent job of teaching techniques and it was great to have so many high level sensei's working those techniques with the attendees. It motivates me to continue on this journey of studying Martial Arts.
