This gym was the best thing about Fayetteville. It's clean and it's small. It's friendly and fun in the afternoon and evening during classes, and practically private the rest of the time. The equipment is in good condition. The staff is friendly and responsive. I took only a few martial arts classes, but they were good about pushing me, but not destroying me! I am leaving only because I've relocated to Europe.

One of the best Martial Arts facilities I've been to! With unique styles to choose from, everyone can find one or more to enjoy. A family-friendly environment with a great and professional staff! The best part is the 24/7 gym access, so whether you're a morning person or a night owl, you can come in anytime for a great workout.

When you join Elevo Dynamics, you join a family of committed professionals dedicated to teaching the art of To-Shin Do. Based in the traditional methods of Ninjitsu, To-Shin Do focuses on self defense, ground combat, weapons, and space manipulation to dominate offensive and defensive situations. Balancing against the violence of action, Elevo Dyanmics teaches a student creed and code of mindful actions that creates a student body prepared to apply appropriate responses to all aspects of life. For my family, Elevo continues to build confidence in my kids and life skills, and is a recommended school of choice for the novice or experienced martial artist.
