“I haven't done any type of work out in years until this past weekend. This class was great. It's good for starters and people that have been training for years . (you go at your own pace and chose your own weights) Jeremy did really good encouraging you to keep going and not letting u cut your self short. I recommend this class to anyone. If you don't like classes he offers one on one training as well.“
“I have been working with Kim since November 2019. At that point, I had been working out for a couple years on my own but felt like I needed guidance from a professional to reach my goals.
