Absolutely the best staff and experience!!!! They went above and beyond and made sure my daughter received the best care and frames that she truly wanted! They answered every question and had patience but most importantly smiles and laughs the entire time! We truly enjoyed the appointment and definitely recommend them to everyone we can!
Lynn, the manager, was amazing. She explained everything in detail, prices, options. I saved so much in comparison to my optometrist. Lynn was so kind and went out of her way patiently to me and wife. Great experience and so happy that I visited the concord location.
From scheduling my appointment through placing the order for my eyeglasses, the service was stellar. The doctor was professional and answered all my questions. Kris, at the front desk is very knowledgeable and assisted me with choosing the right frames and lenses per my prescription. The team is engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide exceptional customer service. I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses (BOGO) with anti-glare, blue-light, and transition; my script calls for digital progressives.
