Many long-term clients, such as those with Golden Retrievers, have entrusted the clinic with the care of their beloved companions for over a decade, considering the staff and doctors to be part of their family.
Dr. Upton and the staff at South End Vet Clinic were absolutely amazing. He took the time to really explain what was going on with my pup, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was the thoughtful, detailed treatment plan he put together. It was clear his focus was on my dog’s health and well-being, not just on money. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care Riley received. I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. I recently moved from Chicago to Charlotte and wanted to find a vet that I could feel 100% confident with when it came to my dog’s needs — I am beyond grateful that I found South End Vet! Every vet and specialist I’ve met here has shown not only deep knowledge of veterinary medicine (including emerging studies and treatments) but also a genuine care for every patient as if they were their own pet.

South End Vet Clinic is the best. Our dogs love Dr Maples. I was so sad to move and have to switch vets. Highly recommend South End Vet! They will take the best care of your animals.
