I'm giving the practice a three only because it used to be a good practice. Now it is hard to get through on the phones to make an appointment and when you finally reach someone the appointments are full for the day. The practice obviously has way too many patients and not enough help. I am switching to another practice where I can get better care for my dog.

I have always been pleased with the care and service given to our pets and family. The staff is professional and caring. The facility is clean and very comfortable for pets and their owners. I have never been disappointed in the care given to my pets.

I have been to 1 other emergency vet it my life and it was a horrible experience and traumatizing for me and my partner. I walked into this vet at 8 pm with tears running down my face. My dog may have had a seizure and was not doing good, we thought we were going to lose him. They were all very professional and helped calm me down. They gave me options for different price points and suggested what needed to be done and were transparent about the cost. We ended up leaving him overnight because we felt like it was a safe place for him and he needed to be examed further. I would 100% recommend going here for emergency vet needs! Odin is all better!!
