Dr Bowen is professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind. Having a provider than understands your needs and issues with eye vision is extremely important because one feels vulnerable in those examinations, many doctors lose patience easily and don’t have commitment for their work. I literally drive extra miles to see Dr Bowen, all my family loves her and we are happy to come back to her office. Thank you for your service.
Dr. Bowen and her assistant are so pleasant, calming, and a pleasure to receive services from. I wish they had a better space to work in, instead of being tucked in the corner. But I enjoy coming and will continue to do so.
My appointment was on time - the front staff and doctor (whose name I can’t remember for some reason) were polite and professional. The exam itself was honestly the most comprehensive one I’ve ever had very thorough discussion about diagnostic findings and things to look out for - an excellent experience!
