The owner makes it very easy to manage any issues and address any changes you may want to make for various situations. I've been loyal to my Los Angeles office for a long time and hesitantly came here through a trusted recommendation, and I can't believe I didn't make the switch sooner. Kristin was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and respected my initial request for natural and preventative (nowhere in LA do they tell you that you don't need lip filler!). I have a few areas that have created problems in the past and she pointed them out before I had said a word. She knew both facial structures and how the products would work. By predicting what normally happens post-injection, she was able to correct and prevent. Everything was so painless - I asked her when she would do the area where I internally scream and she told me it was already done. “I had an amazing experience at the clinic! I met with David and his daughter, and they were both incredibly kind and knowledgeable. David took extra time to thoroughly explain the magnetic treatment and even focused on areas I hadn’t prioritized during my first visit. The results were beyond what I expected—after just one session, I can move my right shoulder freely, and the impingement pain has significantly subsided.

I had tried physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care in the past, but none of them relieved the deep, shooting pain I felt with certain arm movements. As for my left shoulder blade, I can now sleep on my left side for the first time in three years without waking up from throbbing pain.

But what truly makes the difference is her: she’s incredibly patient, gentle, and detail- oriented, and she really makes you feel cared for.
