I have lost 9.4 pounds in 2 weeks. The meal plan is easy to follow and the results are great. Definitely recommend this company for great weight loss results. It is a sensible way to lose weight. The staff is amazing and really encouraging.

They are friendly and are there to support you and encourage you. I have been here before and due to illness regained my wieght from medicines. They helped me get back on track and really seek to encourage me. Medi wieght loss is the one that works for me! I love the staff - they will laugh with and elk with you to meet your goals.
