I went here because get bad eczema on my hands that crack open and bleed. I explained to the PA that I'm sensitive to white petroleum. She called/sent two prescriptions to the apothecary and a couple of days later they delivered them to me. To my amazement they both were petroleum based! I spent around $100 for stuff I can't use. She didn't even listen to me! I went back a week or 2 later and told her about the petroleum issue and she picked up one of them and said look it says cream! Really? Look and read the ingredients next time. Can't deal with people that don't listen.

This office denied refilling my prescription for a bill less than $200.00!! Are they really that pressed for money they would deny medicine I need!! wow guess I have to find a new dermatologist and I really liked Susan smh

I would NOT recommend anyone to this practice! I had the most unprofessional rude experience and witnessed other patience being treated the same way! Suzanne was the most unprofessional NP that I have ever experienced! rude unprofessional. anyone new to the Charlotte area Do NOT go here if you want a professional Dr that is a true Dr! Suzanne only CARES about her SCHEDULE not patient you are a number here and she has only a certain amount of minutes to see you!!! not interested in providing you care or treatment only her TIME!! do not darken this sorry practices door!!!
