The team was very friendly and explained the why behind everything they did. I was escorted to where I needed to be and was never left alone for long. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and I was in and out.
My visit today was great! I scheduled an appointment yesterday to bring my glasses in because they were broken. When I arrived, I got immediate service and was told my glasses were still under warranty! They had my frames in stock and swapped out my lenses and I was on my way. Because of my dry eye syndrome, I really rely on my glasses. This was such aLife saver. Thank you for such great service today and every visit!
I absolutely adore the care and detail this team gives me. Angie and Kathy are forever my eye glasses adjusters! I value their opinions and input on which frames suit my needs. They take great care in adjusting my frames, sometimes 10 times just so they fit my face perfectly.
