My wife had been a patient for over 6 years and had also recommended them to me. For the past 3 years she has suffered from fairly severe IBS and has had to cancel numerous doctor appointments because of vomiting and diarrhea resulting in a need to be close to our bathroom. She did cancel a couple appointments with this practice and most recently was a no show due to having fallen asleep after a severe bout of diarrhea. When she called to reschedule, in response to a voice mail from them, she was told that the doctor no longer wanted her as a patient. I just drove 30 minutes to pick up a product that i use daily. I walked in at 11:50am. No one was at the desk. I waited then waved at someone through the door. She came out and said they were at lunch. I shared that i just needed to purchase a product quickly. She repeated that they are on lunch break. I could see a group of five or six people in scrubs just standing around 5 feet from me through the window. I shared that i had driven 30 minutes and asked if their computers were down for lunch already, or could they do a simple and quick transaction. She then asked another worker who was willing to help. I started going to this practice about 10 years ago. Initially, they offered good services and were friendly, but they have progressively declined over the years.During COVID I had an appointment for my daughter that was cancelled twice. The second time they told me they would call me to reschedule but never did so I had to find a different provider to assist.I decided to give them another chance today, again for my daughter.
