This place is for someone who is serious about their health and fitness. These classes will reveal just how in shape or not in shape you really are. I go to the gym on a regular basis weekly. It was shocking to see how weak my muscles were when performing the different yoga movements. I have a lot of work to do in order to keep my body fully functional. This is the perfect place for that.

I visited YogaSix for the first time today and felt immediately welcomed! The space is energizing and serene, the staff are immensely kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I was touched to see a sign that read “Welcome Morgan!” upon entering the building for my 9:30am class. There’s plenty of class times available with different instructors and varying degrees of difficulty. I choose the Slow Flow class and it was the perfect mix of challenge and rest. I absolutely will be returning soon and would recommend YogaSix to everyone!

YogaSix curates six flavors of classes to fit all my yoga needs. From firing it up in a power class to slowing it down in a restore class, there is always a class to fit my flow for the day. Bonus, the entire staff is tremendously kind, and always puts a smile on your face.
