“I’ve been training at Quest for a year and a half, and can’t say enough positive things about the curriculum, instructors, and community. In that time, I have attained my blue belt, made many friends, and lost over 50 pounds in the process. If you’re looking for an inclusive and welcoming space to learn martial arts and have a lot of fun, look no further.“

“Anna is amazing. She has a deep understanding of how the body works and has been helping me work through my various injures and complaints that have prevented me from exercising much in the past. She just gets how I might change my form or what stretch might help or what muscle group is weak. She's a joy to work with and learn from and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer whether it is the first time (like me) or you have experience with others.“

“I started working with Bryan in Fall of 2022. I had lower back pain and had been doing a franchised workout which I enjoyed but COVID slowed that down.I love how the initial evaluation is "old school": no fancy machines thatclaim to tell you your fat vs muscle, just calipers, scale and tape measuring. Sometimes simple is best.He mixes up the sessions for your needs. As a woman of a certain age, doing the same thing as a college athlete next to me in a class may not be the best for my body. My core strength was poor but has vastly improved as has the rest of me.He also incorporates bodywork as needed. I had some back issues when I started and the bodywork helped 'unstick' fascia that was causing issues. You've only got one body. And it is well worth taking care of. He is a great trainer and coach for that.“

“Working with Valerie was inspiring. She TRULY gets it! She is also a busy mom and fellow sister in the Lord, so she completely understood the demands on my time and gave me tangible ways to incorporate health into my busy lifestyle. She worked with me exactly where I was at that moment in my life and encouraged me to be gentle with myself at a time that I needed it. I didn’t have the time or desire to run so we started with dancing with my daughter as my physical activity. It allowed me time with my daughter AND it was fun for me. Additionally, I was having trouble consistently exercising and eating right with all of the different demands on my life. Coach Valerie gave me very tangible ideas on ways to incorporate exercise throughout the day as well as tips healthy snacking.I am thankful for the time we had together and will use many of the tools she shared with me for years to come.“
