“They are great with our pup. We have been there for normal check-ups, dental cleanings, and health issues. The staff has been friendly, informative and, when needed, reassuring. The ladies at check in are always kind and happy to see us upon arrival. Sumaya (I hope I’m spelling this correctly - I apologize if not) is always so good with our shy girl and we are happy to see her when we take Stella in. Dr. Fourre is another friendly face here who is great and transparent as a vet. We moved out of Cary and still come here because of the staff and service. It’s a little pricier than some other options but they have the Thrive plan that can help with costs.“

I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong.

We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed.

The vet later told us if we had waited any longer, she would not have made it through the weekend. Hearing that broke me, but knowing this team acted quickly and with so much care is something I will never forget. Seeing Nola afterward, still groggy from anesthesia but wagging and happy to see us, was a moment I will hold onto forever.

This experience was emotional, scary, and overwhelming, but Vetco made it bearable. Because of Dr. Raboin and his team, my girl is here, healed, running, and back to being herself. I am beyond grateful. If you are ever faced with an emergency and need a team that truly cares, this is the place you want your baby to be.
