I'm back to splitting wood (using a hydraulic splitter--hey, I'm 68 years old, so let's not get ahead of ourselves), which involves a lot of bending and lifting. If I feel soreness creeping in, a few quick McKenzie exercises work like magic--everything shifts back into place, and the soreness disappears.

I stick to the prescribed exercises daily, and not only is my back holding up, but my posture has improved too. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
