Interviewed three contractors and CRS representative **** was the most thorough and explanatory of all. He actually assessed the roof by walking up two stories and evaluated the need for replacement expertly whereas the others just took pictures and used satellite views. **** sat down and for over an hour explained the needs, process, timeline (only took one day from start to finish cleanup) and individual costs. The project manager ***** supervised the roofers the entire day and pointed out certain needs and upgrades. The roofers were efficient and worked in a timely manner, much like an assembly line.I am pleasantly pleased with the outcome and highly recommend their services.
