Words cannot even describe how ecstatic that I am about the service received and the outcome of the work done. Jared Bullock was by far the best I have dealt with. His customer service aspect of how he did things from start to finish was immaculate. I did not feel pressured, and I felt as if they were fighting for me with my insurance company so I didn't have to. My job is extremely time consuming and the extra efforts to make things smooth for me was so appreciated. The crew came in on time, did their job quickly, cleaned up and moved out just as fast. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give these guys. As a former insurance agent, this is my first experience with filling a large homeowners claim, and Jared and the whole team made the process simple and convenient. They kept us informed along the way, often answering questions I wouldn’t have even known to ask. The work itself was done incredibly well and our new roof looks amazing. Jared Bullock was an excellent Sales Manager. He explained the roof replacement process very well. He was responsive and worked fast, I am grateful at the results.
