The vets are knowledgeable and thorough, making clients feel valued and not rushed. The hospital offers a helpful Paws plan for routine preventive care. The staff is very personable and goes above and beyond to provide the best care. They have dedicated exam rooms for specific animals, such as a room especially for cats, with climbable surfaces, soft toys, and pheromones for calming effects, which noticeably help the pets feel more comfortable. Clients appreciate the courtesy and care shown to both pets and owners. Overall, Cary Veterinary Hospital delivers compassionate, thorough care, giving clients confidence in their pet's treatment and trust in the dedicated professionals.
I have only had pets, two cats, for three years so this is the first veterinary practice I've had experience but they have set a very high bar for me.
I had a lot of questions and fretted a lot and they were very receptive to my phone calls and more frequent booking of appointments when I was fretting over them more.
Their entire staff is very personable. We have had appointments with several of their doctors over these three years and I feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care.

Cary Veterinary Hospital has been taking care of our dogs for over 25 years. We can't say enough positive things about the dedicated professionals that work here - including the doctors, the veterinary technicians, and the front desk customer service team. In our experience, they truly do care for animals...and also the people that they are entrusted to! Over the years we've taken our pets in for many issues including...vaccines, ear infections, teeth cleaning, skin infections, skin mass removals, heart issues, general sickness, blood tests, x-rays, vestibular disease, and end-of-life. I highly recommend Dr. Kate & the staff at Cary Veterinary. I'd taken my cat here for 16 years and we've always been very satisfied with our visits. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kate most recently; although it happened to be at an unfortunate time, towards the end of my cat's long life. She was so kind and sweet - not only to my cat, but also to myself and my husband. She helped us through the issues my cat was experiencing and was sure to follow up constantly to check on him.
