ACC Oriental Rug Cleaning & Repair

Brought in an oriental rug to be cleaned. It had streaks in it when it was done. It appeared that detergent was squirted on it and those areas were clean or some kind of high pressure cleaner was used and left visible clean streaks amidst the soiled areas. I returned it for cleaning again and the rug looked nearly the same the second time. I was told it was the way the light hit the rug and the streaks were normal. They charged over 100 dollars for a small rug. Also the rug smells like a wet llama. Would not recommend.

Customer service was great, I brought my rug to ACC, and the owner was very honest and fair with his pricing. My rug came out looking brand new, and I got it back the next day. The owner worked miracle on my rug, which I had given up On after years of pet damage and kids spilling stuff on it.I strongly recommend ACC for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable rug cleaning service.
