Dropped off multiple items for dry cleaning. A button came back broken from the service but they made it more than right. The owner called me, they sewed a new one on at no charge. Even offered to reimburse me for the cost to buy a new button. Things happen, but they went above and beyond to fix it. Also I like that they have an email system to notify you when your clothes are done. Prices are transparent on their QR code.

You cannot find a more efficient, service-oriented, personal-touch business in any field than Medlin-Davis cleaners. (Okay, perhaps the personal-touch trophy goes to massage businesses, but I digress.) The store staff is always welcoming and ready. The drive-up at my neighborhood location is ever so convenient, though I usually walk there from my home. Nice! The business staff has helped set my billing account properly when I needed them.
