Drain Express is a small business, locally owned and operated. They were able to schedule my non-emergency service within 24h of my call. Steven - the technical expert that responded - was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions, provided sound advice, and taught me a bit of basic maintenance/troubleshooting (which was helpful and appreciated). While this particular issue was not technically challenging to resolve, Drain Express did make a good impression and they’re now on my very short list of vetted plumbing service providers.
Susan was FANTASTIC! Thorough, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. The wax was the most thorough and least painful I have had after trying several waxers in the area. The studio is clean, well organized, and welcoming. I will definitely be rebooking!

I wouldn't have thought to go to a chiropractor for severe temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) pain. After a week of barely sleeping and unable to even chew oatmeal because of the pain my wife told Dr. Manlove how she was suffering on a previously scheduled appointment for another issue. After the first treatment she was able to sleep, after the second she was able to chew soft food and after the third she was eating normally. We recommend Dr. Manlove highly, he had helped us over the years with so many pain issues.

I was not sure what to expect from United Tae Kwon Do. For context, my kids trained briefly at a DIFFERENT academy, and we had inconsistent experiences with their instructors and administrative staff. I'm happy to say that United has been an excellent fit for our family in so many ways.
The instructors are patient and passionate. I truly don't know how they manage to know each student so well and match their instruction to different abilities. My 8 year old tries to attend as many classes as he can, which is not something we have experienced with him in any other activity!!! My 6 year old was very shy at the beginning, but now she SHINES in the Tiny Kickers class!
Also, after experiencing some disorganization with another school's admin side of things, I have an appreciation for how organized and available the admin staff is at United. Master Marci is often in her office and happy to answer my questions about billing, class schedules, costs of equipment, etc. Our family is in a financial place where we need to understand costs and have time to plan for expenses, and Master Marci has been really helpful in helping us navigate that in a way that will allow our kids to participate fully ❤️

I’m honestly still incredulous-my lower back pain is virtually gone after 2.5 weeks of acute pain following a strain. It’s been three hours since I saw Dr. Chas and when I went in I was in pain sitting down and it was painful to bend over. I noticed about a hour later it had diminished and-now I am comfortably sitting on my couch and can touch my toes. Thank you thank you!

Chris and his team recently completed a large project for us. We unfortunately inherited a badly laid sewer line when we bought our house, and it had to be replaced. I can't say enough about how great it was to trust this to Carrboro Plumbing, and know that the work would be done right. Chris made a plan that factored in all potential complications, including having the line cross a creek in our front yard. They worked steadily, keeping us informed at all times of their progress. A few weeks after completion, we found out that we had a leak in our water main. This was probably not directly related to the sewer line work, but Chris chose to take care of it at no charge. Great hair cut every time. Great color the time I got it done. I have long curly hair, and it’s been hard to find a salon that gives a really nice hair cut for curly hair. Once I found salon 2 eleven a few years ago, I’ve had successful hair cuts ever since.

Phil is the real thing, he understands Chinese medicine and his practicing of the craft is impeccable, he's been doing in for nearly 30 years.. I come uber stressed and leave totally calmed and aligned. It is quite incredible. Treatment is in a quiet room in a calm lovely house (his wife Pat is an acclaimed massage therapist) a few minutes from WSM.... and he plays lovely music while you are needled! I highly recommend this practitioner as a integral part of any health routine.
