A few years back, I was new to the world of septic systems and didn’t fully understand what was needed in order to properly maintain the system. I needed to replace a 15 year old pump and have the tanks serviced. The gentleman that came out was professional and genuinely took his work seriously. He took the time to explain the system so that I could understand and what to do in the future to prevent problems. For several years, I have continued to use Ivey’s for service and repair. I will continue to use them as they are honest and affordable. I had my system serviced again today and the two gentleman that came out were top notch and very friendly and professional. Victor was out here within hours of me calling about my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem(a coil was preventing my heat from switching to cooling), and did some regular maintenance(coil cleaning etc.) as well. After the part was ordered, he came back 3 days later and installed the new part in less than an hour, and AC has worked perfectly since then.
