“Lisa is wonderful with the dogs and does a great job with their groom. She does bows and bandanas for an extra touch and has a backdrop she uses when she is finished to take a cute photo. Like most groomers it is all about communication so be sure to tell her what you like! And schedule way out, she gets busy!“

This particular cat has been known to give veterinary staff a bit of a hard time, but she clearly trusted this staff from the start and allowed them to help her. Cats know how to read people, and mine gives them an unopposable thumbs up! The practice is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and geared toward a fear-free experience. They have rules, as every well-run practice does. This minimizes stress for patients, clients, veterinarians, and staff. I was surprised to see a one-star review, but then understood the frustration with the traffic on I-26; it should be noted that this practice allows drop-offs if you do happen to be late for your appointment. Dr. King mentioned that she enjoys challenging cases - this is further evidence that she is one smart cookie! All three of their vets graduated from excellent veterinary schools. I am grateful that they have created this wonderful practice in the Asheville area!“
