“Upon arrival, I explained to the associate (James) that the item I purchased (standard Litter Genie refill) was very difficult to find anywhere. I was only able to purchase 1 via the Petco app at this store and no other store in the area had the item at all. Could not find the item through other vendors in a 50 mile radius and also not available through Amazon. James took the time to check the computer and saw that he was able to place an order for some to be shipped to my home and those items were in stock at the main warehouse (I guess that's how it works). We discussed ordering several since it appears they may be discontinuing (?) or just hard to find. He also mentioned upgrading to the newer model of Litter Genie and to come and see him when I was ready and he would assist with that process. James was so very helpful and for sure went above and beyond just giving me my pick up order. Thank you so, so much!!!!!“

“I made the switch to The Cat Clinic for my two cats and I couldn’t be happier. It took me awhile to look into going because I assumed it was more expensive than the general vet I had been going to. I was so wrong! It was a boutique experience without the boutique price. The care the staff and providers take to keep the cat and owner at ease is exceptional. From the feliway dosed blankets/plug ins galore, trained staff who love their job, to tranquil examine rooms with safe spots for kitty to take a break, I can’t say enough good things. I never felt pressured or judged regarding treatment options or decisions. Excellent clinic for cats and their owners!“
