Although I found them by chance, it's been one of the best coincidences in my recent life. Christian has always listened to me, taken his time to assess and diagnose, and has given expert treatment and exercises to get me back on the trails and confident through my many training hiccups, whether they have been major or minor. Kari has been very understanding, knowledgeable,

“I have been going to Benchmark in West Asheville for over a year and a half now—first, with Tyler and then Kelly—for several issues that needed physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the enthusiasm, professionalism, and personal attention provided by these therapists. I started going there for serious neck problem—which was addressed and alleviated, and then later for rehabilitation after knee replacement. In between was some general neck and shoulder pain relief, including dry needling. I have been treated personally and professionally throughout, and truly look forward to my visits.
