I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This office is amazing. Everyone is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.My PT, Jenna Justice, strikes the perfect balance of friendly conversation, treatment for my injury, and holding me accountable for pushing myself without a hint of shame.Highly recommended all around.

Very skilled, kind, and uplifting PT practice. Painful limp has turned into walking 4 miles/day with no pain. Very pleased with the one-on-one attention by an excellent PT (Kirk).

Established in 2009 with the goal of providing one-on-one Physical Therapy care with an emphasis on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine to Asheville and Western North Carolina. We strive to bridge the gap between Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning so that you can return from injury, optimize yourself, and improve performance.
