Can’t recommend Sirena enough! I’ve worked with them twice and had nothing but amazing experiences. Sirena was so patient and accommodating while I chose the tattoo placements, and I couldn’t be happier with how all of my tattoos have turned out. The vibe in the shop at Divination West is so great too- very inviting, cozy, and fun. While I haven’t worked with any of the other artists, l witnessed so many happy customers while I was there! Micheline was so kind and did an amazing job cutting my hair for a reasonable price!! My hair gets really curly poofy and frizzy when it gets too long and difficult to manage. I didn't want to buzz cut it off like they always do at the barber or run it through a lawn mower like they do at great clips. Micheline took her time with me, washing my hair and cutting it and putting nice product in. Afterwards looked like a new man, looking good, smelling good, feeling good and ready to get married. Very thankful, she is a professional that you can trust with all your hair care needs. Highly recommend!

Queer Friendly - Trans Inclusive - this is the spot for you!!I just moved to Asheville a few weeks ago and l did a lot of research on different barbers in the area. I kept seeing Blackbird barber popping up. So decided to go for it for my first Asheville haircut!The space was very cool and welcoming! Being trans and nonbinary it can feel intimidating going into new spaces especially getting my haircut. I never once felt rushed. Ash was very approachable and took her time with me. I showed her some pictures that I was going for and not only did she understand the assignment she absolutely CRUSHED it!! I have definitely found my barber here in Asheville!

Second time getting my beard trimmed, and both times I've been impressed. I appreciate how Isaac asked some quick questions and then got straight to work. The whole cut took about 20 minutes, including cleaning up my neckline (with hot lather!) at no extra charge. He didn't talk much, which is my personal preference. Also had some WWII decor which is a bonus in my books.
As others have said, nice little shop, well decorated with a very "homey" vibe. The ladies that work here are very nice and the coffee bar is an excellent touch. What I did not know was this is a cash only shop. There is an ATM onsite, but it does charge a fee. I enjoyed my beard trim and will probably go back as it is close to my house.

I came in for a MAJOR haircut. Amber did an amazing job, and was super clear about communication of how the outcome will be. I went from having about 2+ feet of long hair, to a wolfcut shag just above my shoulders. She did an excellent job removing my damaged long hair leaving only my natural. Would recommend.

Today was my son’s first haircut!! The gentleman who cut my son’s hair was amazing!! I forgot his name but ended up getting his card so I could come back! He took his time, made sure my son was okay and even I was okay. He ended up giving my son a “First Haircut Trophy” and myself a little baggie of his hair. We will definitely be coming back!! I’ve been going to American Nails AVL to have my manicures and pedicures done every couple of weeks for about 2 months now. After trying several other salons in the area, I was having trouble finding one that was a good fit for me. Most of the ones I’ve tried in the past ended up being messy/unclean, the staff were either rude or not personable and often times it was hard to carry on a casual conversation with the nail techs due to a language barrier.
A good friend of mine recommended that I give American Nails AVL a try. She spoke highly of Thang and the other staff. I have to say that I am so glad I gave them a try! I love this salon so much! The staff are always very friendly and they greet each customer who walks in with love. They make you feel like you are family. The salon is very clean and organized. They offer a wide variety of services and the quality of the products they use is great. Their prices are very fair and comparable to other salons I’ve been to in the area. It’s also very easy to communicate with the staff, as the language barrier isn’t present like it is in most of the other salons I’ve been to.
This is definitely my favorite nail salon! I’ve had work done by Thang, Javi, Kelcie and Chevelle and so far, I’ve been very pleased with everything they have done! I always have them do gel polish on my natural nails. It lasts a full 2 weeks despite the fact that I play guitar a few times per week and I’m also fairly active outdoors. I’ve attached pictures of my most recent manicure. I highly recommend that you give this salon a try!

My mom and I visited Avalon Nails for my birthday and had by far the best experience of any nail salon we have visited. I got a gel Classic pedicure and an acrylic full set, and they spent 2 hours between the two ensuring that I had the best experience. My nails also look incredible! They made me feel very special on my birthday, and made the experience extremely enjoyable. I cannot recommend this salon enough for both the kind people and quality of service! I will definitely be returning.

This is the best nail salon experience I have had yet in Asheville. The owner Peter is very polite and invested in his guests' comfort. I have had my nails done by multiple artists here, but artist Peter (not to be confused with owner Peter) and artist Maria have been my favorites. Peter is very skilled at biogel nails and gave me the most natural looking set of nails I could ask for. Maria does beautiful work but also is very warm and engaging. She places quality over quantity. I never feel rushed here, like I'm just another dollar. They are attentive and kind. I will continue to request Maria when I go to this nail salon, because I have developed a relationship with her. However, I think all of the artists here do a great job. I've also always been able to get an appointment, which is really convenient!

I went to Zhenya years ago looking to begin a “long-term” relationship with one hair stylist…I wanted to have the kind of relationship where this person would become more and more familiar with my hair, my personality, my seasons, etc., and where I could feel that this person would grow to care about creating beauty for my external looks. Through each interaction with Zhenya I learned how this type of interaction (like all relationships) is a two-way street! That this would require my participation and that I needed to find ways to be clear in communicating to her where I was in my life at each appointment, and what I was needing.
2 years in and I feel blessed being measure to reflect with how important this experience with Zhenya has been for my own personal growth and confidence. I appreciate every moment of time spent in the salon among so much beauty and beauty-producers. In addition, when she cut my hair, she kept checking in with me throughout the process. She also made suggestions for future hair appointments, i.e. when to schedule a fringe trim versus reshaping my style versus a color appointment.

This was my first time at Skin Spa and I will definitely be a regular customer. I scheduled a dermaplaning with nu peel session and added a sheet mask. Heather was my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing!!! My skin felt and looked so much better afterward and she even gave me a shoulder massage while my sheet mask sat on my face. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience!

I came here on a whim while looking for a cool date location. I'm not sure if I believe in the healing/spiritual properties of salt, but I had the best time and it was probably one of the most romantic dates I had been on. If you rent out the private salt cave you get an hour to just sit and relax in the salt room and it was honestly really therapeutic and relaxing. My girlfriend and I almost fell asleep just resting and relaxing on the salt! We will definitely be back one day in the future. Highly recommend at least giving it a try if you're curious.

This was my second time floating and I could not even speak after. I’m not sure my body has been that relaxed in years. I had to sit and sip some caffeinated tea to bring me out of the total zen like state I was in. A lovely first experience. I met two of the artists, Victoria and Brynn. Both were beyond welcoming & kind. Brynn squeezed me in during my visit for a little fruit. She had a lot of fun pieces in her flash. I would love to come back to snag some more.
I’ve followed this studio online for a while. Since I was visiting from Virginia Beach, I decided to add a piece to my leg. I chose a Hot Stuff Devil from Miles Cordier’s flash. He was definitely very thorough with a keen eye for detail. The line work and shading were spot on, plus it healed to perfection. The next trip I go back to Asheville, I’ll be sure to make an appointment with Miles again.

I could not be happier with my bat tattoo from David. We had a totally awesome experience at the shop and will definitely be back. I don't want to speak to their walk -in availability, but they did accommodate us on an anniversary trip which was much appreciated! If I could give 10 stars, I would! My 3 bridesmaids and I came here on my bachelorette trip looking to get small tattoos to commemorate the trip. We came in as walk-ins about 2 hours to close. We were told we may not be able to be seen since they had 2 artists in the shop and they were both working with 2 other clients. We waited and were all able to be seen. Josie and Sean took great care of us and gave us great little tattoos (they stayed a little after to close to finish and they did NOT have to do that). When we’re back in Asheville we plan to stop again! If you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to get a tattoo, please stop by here. You won’t be disappointed.

While on a girls trip, my best friend and I decided to getting matching tattoos of our birth flowers. We contacted many tattoo shops in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Ashville but most of them were quite rude and seemed uninterested in doing our tattoos. We found Across The Skin Tattoo Shop and Robert greeted us and was super friendly. We told him what we wanted and the price was very reasonable. The only problem was even though take walk-ins, they already had other clients for the day. We told him that we were actually going back home to Georgia later that night and he sensed our disappointment. He told us that he would squeeze us later that night, after his client. He was so kind and patient with us. We came back later that night and he designed our tattoo exactly how we wanted. Now let me tell you, he must have some magic hands because it didn't even hurt when he was doing the tattoo. I even took a nap lol. His line work and shading are excellent. I highly recommend Robert and both my friend and I are satisfied with his work. We already made plans to go back during our winter break to get more work done by him. Ask for Robert, I promise you that you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with Dale, who modified an existing gas line to accommodate our new range and oven. After almost giving up on the range, we were provided a recommendation for AC Williams through Haywood Appliances. Dale modified the gas line, connected the range, and checked each burner and the oven to ensure it was in working order. The cost was terrific as only a diagnostic fee and a nominal parts fee was charged. From scheduling to the visit, the process was easy!
Excellent, super fast service! Our AC went out during a heat wave on a Saturday evening, and our system was fixed within 2 hours. I’m so grateful! We called their after hours number and spoke with someone right away; their technician Thomas came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We hired Travis of Avox to install the hardwood flooring in our home during a whole house renovation. Our hardwood flooring was site finished using lowVOC materials. Avox provided a detailed quote so there was no ambiguity about what you were going to be provided during the process. Travis is meticulous and has a high standard for his work and it shows (the proof is truly in the floors).Travis is also very knowledgeable and is very helpful in answering questions about hardwoods, finishing, upkeep, etc. He also returned after his work was complete to fix water damage we suffered from a leak in our wet bar area. We truly believe our flooring is probably the best feature of our renovation and highly recommend Avox Craftworks.
I was referred to PBI for our residential windows to be replaced. I wasn't aware that they did that kind of work. I learned about their preferred line of windows from Sun and stopped in. We met Brian Hutchinson who came out to our house, a long way out to our house. He put a great quote together that was surprising and we went with Brian. Unfortunately, this was during the supply chain problems but Brian kept us informed and we actually got delivery at an ideal time (January followed by the installation week in February with 70+ degeree weather) and in went the windows. We love them! Great looking, great functionality and Brian was great to work with! We highly recommend PBI and Brian! If you're considering replacing windows in your home, do not overlook PBI. Great product, great price and great service from Brian!

Did an incredible job installing hardwood throughout our second floor, in our main floor bedroom and fixed a spot that was water damaged. Omar made sure to lay out the wood correctly too so that there was not any weird runs that catch your eye. The job did take longer than expected but I still gave 5 stars because he was very meticulous in his work. You can tell he takes pride in laying the flooring down right the first time and I think my home made it more difficult because the baseboards couldn't be removed due to them being glued to the drywall. I would and may hire him in the future for any flooring needs I have.

Daniel and his associate were very professional and informative; they were efficient at explaining the treatment process and Dan gave his professional opinion on the issue in a way that was easy for us as newer homeowners to understand. If you don't believe me, check out his YouTube page. Our home was required to be treated for active termites, which was a first for my partner and I. Dan took the time to go over the service he provides and gave a detailed quote before services were rendered. There was no pressure in deciding whether or not to choose Catchy or go with another service provider. It brings comfort that he offers to follow up 30 days after the initial treatment to evaluate the effectiveness. We will definitely be bringing Dan on for any and all other pest control issues as well as routine maintenance.

On this recent visit the hygienist found that a small portion of a filling in a most difficult area had fallen out. Without any hesitation, Dr Mark ordered a re-do at no charge. Wow! That sort of work is guaranteed for a year (5 years on crowns!).

Most people dislike trips to the dentist, but our family loves Dr. Saunders and the whole staff. They are fast and efficient (I've never waited more than a few mins to be called back), they will help secure a last minute appointment for an emergency, they make it easy to file and deal with insurance, and they are truly friendly and work hard to make you comfortable. While this practice is considered out of network for my current dental insurance, it's worth it to us to stay with the practice even for slightly higher premiums because of such good care

Couldn't stand for more than a few minutes at a time without severe numbness and pain from a slightly bulging disc on my siatic nerve, but just after a few visits the numbness and pain decreased substantially. I can't recommend Dr. Claire and the staff enough. Dr. Claire literally puts everything into each adjustment, and the ladies that run the front make it an enjoyable experience!

We found Dr. Walicki after being in a horrific car accident. I had a concussion, and spinal damage as well as a completely rebuilt right arm. Dr. W is working to restore healthy brain function as well as fixing my spinal issues. He has been the most helpful of all the medical folks I have seen for long term care. He addresses the brain function, allowing me to stand and walk without falling as my balance gets distorted due to the damage to my central and autonomic nervous systems. He effects measurable positive change. He is also helping with the pain I feel due to my nervous system in my arm not working correctly with my brain. Dr. Higgins' has been incredibly helpful in treating my eczema over the past year. I've struggled on and off throughout my life with eczema and I've seen many dermatologists who have thrown the same creams and light treatments at me for years. None of them ever mentioned or tried Prednisone, which has been Dr. Higgins' go-to when I experience a flare up. It calms the flare over a few days time. The topicals she prescribes as well as her OTC recommendations keep it calm for a good while afterwards. Dr. Higgins' also has the best bedside manner I've experienced with a physician. She is friendly, open, compassionate, and you can easily see how she genuinely cares for and empathizes with her patients. She is incredibly charismatic with a good sense of humor and she, as well as her staff, quickly make you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend going to her for any dermatological concerns, especially if you've had poor experiences or poor treatment outcomes in the past.
I’ve been seeing Michelle for Dysport for a few years now and I finally took the dive into a little lip filler. I’m so happy with the results, they’re so natural and balance my face more which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve never had any filler and of course, she made me feel so comfortable before and during the procedure. I included a photo with a before, right after lip injections and approx 12 days after the lip filler. If you’re looking for an injector in Asheville or WNC Michelle is your girl. Thanks Michelle!

DR McCorkle recently did dental surgery on my senior dog. The dog recovered nicely with a healthier mouth. Dr. Mc Corkle is treating my cat for blood in her urine, methodically and one step at a time, to find the real cause. I have taken her to two other clinics with no results. He discusses his treatment plans and all involved with them. He is very gentle and caring with my cat. He does not do unnecessary tests. The staff are kind and professional. I would recommend Dr McCorkle and Mountain Valley Vet Hospital to anyone wanting quality care for their pets.

So happy with my puppy’s care here. Had his 4 month “well puppy” visit, as he was new to me. His breeder was a veterinarian herself, and had some specific recommendations re: vaccination schedule. His “new” vet was totally sympathetic, and made supportive recommendations to accommodate her preferences.

Dr. Bolt is exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly examine Bone and explain everything in detail. I appreciated the way they handled Bone with such care and patience, making sure he felt safe throughout the visit. They also provided clear and helpful advice on Bone’s diet and overall health.

Dr. Pressley is very kind and caring to my dogs. She doesn't rush you out of the office for the next person without a thorough exam and explanation of what she's doing, and the diagnosis she gives. After our old vet had to abruptly close down we were in a time crunch to get into a new vet and get some vital prescriptions refilled. After I explained the situation to the receptionist they were able to get us an appointment the very next day and we were able to get the meds we needed.
They take great care of all of our animals and we really appreciate all their hard work. The staff here is fantastic and have always been caring and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this veterinary practice to anyone.

My experiences with Lillah (from a year long class 12 years ago and in a 3 month online course recently) have always been amazing. She has a depth of knowledge of the body as well as all parts of yoga (including breathing practice and yoga philosophy). She is so articulate in her teaching to help me find my way in my body. My experience is that I find unity and grace in my body-mind-spirit with her support.Lillah is also a true scholar!! I have seen her add more knowledge over time to her already impressive mastery. I have been particularly impressed with the quality of the teachers, their understanding of the body, and their ability to make accommodations for the pain associated with the aging process. Took Sean Johnson's Bahkti flow class and it was on a different level. Amazing at setting the tone for the class, started with some chanting which I usually struggle with but it felt very natural with him. He opened up the mind with concepts of voice and artistry. Flowed perfectly into movements and finished off very peacefully. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Mary Turco at Sync Bodywork’s. I have had a variety is issues and injuries and .Mary’s massages have made a huge difference in my recovery. Mary asks questions, she listens to the answers, she provides options, she does research on what might help you, she provides resources, she is just amazing.The facility is clean and pleasant and they offer very reasonable prices and packages.Highly recommend, Mary is the best massage therapist I have been to 30 years.
I really loved my experience at Rise pilates. The best part for me as a beginner was that they offer 5 classes for $50. It worked out great as I could try and see if it works. Now that I am doing this regularly wish I could have started it sooner.

What a wonderful studio! I spent 6 weeks doing private lessons here while staying in AVL and experienced tremendous benefits. Owner Maureen is a gifted instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and as a result, she has a watchful eye, a data bank of clear and effective cues and a supportive healing presence that facilitates the entire process. She is also skilled at working with injuries and can offer a highly effective therapeutic approach when it is needed. Highly recommend!
I have never done Pilates before coming to this studio and I started with the private in person sessions. Both Amy and April are amazing teachers. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the studio is nice. They have all the equipment you could need. I like that they are taking Covid seriously and offer virtual sessions and require masks for in person sessions. The online booking is convenient for me. There is street parking available or you can park at two designated free spots next to Vortex. I highly recommend them!
Wow. I rarely leave reviews unless a service was either exceptional or terrible, and this one was truly exceptional. Wild Rose far exceeded any expectations I had walking in. I carry a lot of body tension as a mom of two young toddlers, and with a connective tissue disorder. I truly waited too long to seek out massage care and could hardly move my neck, my arms were going numb and I was starting to get daily headaches. Things were getting a little desperate. Today Shea worked magic on tension points I didn't even know existed in my neck and shoulders and I feel like a brand new person. He was polite and professional, checked in often about my comfort level, and really focused the efforts on my upper body where I was feeling the most pain. Hands down best massage I've ever had and I will 100% be back soon. The massage house was beautiful, clean, mostly quiet, and relaxing. Good location. Friendly staff. I was very comfortable here. There was adequate parking which is a challenge just about anywhere in Asheville now. 15/10 can't recommend it enough.

Loved our time at Blazing lotus healing house. Booked a couples massage for me and my boyfriend. We rarely do anything like this so we were slightly weary, but it was a 10/10 experience. My boyfriend has a physical job so he opted for a deep tissue massage while I went for a softer Swedish style. Would highly recommend to anyone in or visiting the Asheville area.

Every time I'm fortunate enough to come see Jamie for a massage I'm leave in a euphoric state. She is able to de-stress me and reset my mental as well as physical alignmen. I'm not kidding you, the second appointment I had with Jamie, I left in tears. I felt that amazing. I've been to other massage therapists however, there is only 1 Jamie Bates at Ebb & Flow. I generally only sleep a couple hours a night. Every time I've left Jamie after an appointment, I have had the most amazing couple of nights of sleep in a row. That is how amazing she is. She's able to remove the weight and burden I carry which in me runs incredibly deep. I can't say enough good things about her. Wow! Or rather WOW!!!!! I had my first two-hour massage with Cassie yesterday and I am in awe of her skill. She's strong and able to really get into the muscles and is very intuitive.But what struck me the most was her ability to go to the perfect level of deep - where the pressure is deep enough to be effective (and to be the deep level that I love) but also not send the body into "OMG that's way too deep and I'm going to tense up" mode. She perfectly nailed the dance between depth and still allowing my muscles to lengthen. And I don't feel beat up today - I feel AMAZING! Highly recommend.

I just love this place! Annebritt is not only wonderful for her 20+ years of experience but her hunger to continue to grow her technique and knowledge for her clients. She is incredibly compassionate and dedicated to creating a team that is available and well equipped to help clients out. The massage therapists have been trained in a way that they pay close attention to detail, listen to your concerns and areas you want to work on and never make you feel like they are rushing or skipping out on anything. The environment itself is incredibly relaxing, warm and inviting. I have not had relief in my shoulders and upper back like this in years. It was easy to book, easy to get to and they have wonderful communication. I highly recommend lighten up massage & bodywork for all of your needs.
I think I have been subconsciously putting off writing this review because I selfishly don't want the masses to discover Abby and book her schedule up- ha! But Abby deserves to be discovered. What can I say? She's an amazing, skilled therapist. I bounced around to a bunch of other massage therapists before I found her. After my first massage with Abby I was like: ok, yes, finally I've found my person. I've had massages all over the world and Abby is one of the best. She's excellent at what she does - firm pressure, intuitive... and boy does she know how to work a hot stone. Don't hesitate- Abby is a master of her craft.
I've been going to WildHawk for nearly 3 years, when a sprained ankle during training for my first ultramarathon sent me there. Although I found them by chance, it's been one of the best coincidences in my recent life. Christian has always listened to me, taken his time to assess and diagnose, and has given expert treatment and exercises to get me back on the trails and confident through my many training hiccups, whether they have been major or minor. Kari has been very understanding, knowledgeable,
and supportive with my pelvic floor concerns. Really, everyone at the practice has always been professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any athlete, or any woman experiencing pelvic floor concerns.
The staff and office are very organized. Kyle is a great therapist, and very friendly. When I came in, I was in a lot of pain, but after following their program, I am back to normal.
I have been going to Benchmark in West Asheville for over a year and a half now—first, with Tyler and then Kelly—for several issues that needed physical therapy. I cannot say enough about the enthusiasm, professionalism, and personal attention provided by these therapists. I started going there for serious neck problem—which was addressed and alleviated, and then later for rehabilitation after knee replacement. In between was some general neck and shoulder pain relief, including dry needling. I have been treated personally and professionally throughout, and truly look forward to my visits. Kelly could not be more engaged with her patients—she has a marvelous touch, literally and figuratively, with every single person. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Tricia Renshaw is an amazing physical therapist. She has a deep understanding of what is needed to address pain and facilitate healing. Her toolbox of offerings spans several specialties from traditional body work to the Neubie. Frequently, she addresses muscle tension that can lead to neck pain and headaches for me if left unaddressed. I am thankful for the PT she provides.

An amazing place! Cissy, Emma, Dana and all the staff there are welcoming and caring. The acupuncture and herbal treatments greatly helped my son to heal from a fractured ankle. If you are looking for an intuitive, kind, and intelligent acupuncturist, look no further! I’ve been a patient since 2018 and they have helped me navigate pain, GI issues, and hormonal health issues. This practice also follows more of a concierge model form of medicine in that they are available to answer any questions in-between appointments and are trained to look at blood work and try to have a plan of care where East meets West with your protocols. There is also an sliding scale available to accommodate your budget and Dr. Tatiana is fluent in Spanish if you need a Spanish speaking provider.
What led me to Jamie for Acupuncture? I moved to Asheville and was looking for a new acupuncturist. It’s something I’ve done for the past 15 years on a monthly basis. I’ve had my fair share of different acupuncturists. Jaime immediately caught my attention with her amazing reviews online. When conversing with her to see if it would be a good fit, I could tell she was committed to her practice.
What has come as a result of the sessions? I have worked on a multitude of things in acupuncture include general wellness, anxiety, low blood pressure and reducing the rash after a spider bite.
How did I feel and what treatments did I try? I can confidently say I have seen an improvement in all of the above mentioned areas. With Jaime I tried traditional acupuncture, using a heating lamp and ear seeds.
What has changed my life for the better? Knowing I could count on Jamie into treat a multitude of ailments and also give input on herbal supplements helped keep my mind at ease and enhanced my self-care practice.
Would I recommend Jaime to you? Yes! It is evident that Jamie is knowledgeable about a variety of conditions. Also, she uses a unique method when applying the needles, by applying pressure on the skin so you do not feel them going in. Especially on spots that are typically sensitive, such as the feet. No more “breathe in and exhale because this one is going to hurt.”
Additional Notes: Jamie creates an inviting atmosphere in her office. It is evident she is an experienced acupuncturist who understands the human body and how to treat a multitude of ailments.

I came to James suffering from intermittent tremors. Primary care and neurologist where unable to help, prescribing on med after another each one with worst side affects. Working with Jim through acupuncture and a specific herbal formula and changes in diet he suggested, the tremors have ceased and overall health is better.

My acupuncturist was Clancy and from her incredible bedside manner, her empathy and compassion, and her excellent skill as a practitioner I would highly recommend that anyone see her. I was only able to do two sessions because I’m moving out of town, but I saw great results from both. I’ve been seeing Kyle almost weekly for 6 months and have found my health has completely shifted for the better. One thing that felt unique to this visit was that you took quite a bit of time to hear me out and have a general understanding of who I was and what my needs were. At other places it felt like all business, get in and get out. That was a nice touch. As for the procedure itself I would say it went flawless.
