I do not recommend using this company. The sold me a pair of sunglasses and the lenses are delaminating. Since they are out of the warranty they will not replace the lenses. They said this happens if you leave them in a vehicle. This was never disclosed when I purchased the glasses. My wife leaves hers in the vehicle and are fine. This company has gone downhill ever since the original owners Clark and Glupckner decided to expand the business and then sell it off. Costco will be my go to for glasses.

Just quit this practice today as a patient. Have you ever walked through the door and felt like you are just a number, not a customer? This place made me feel like that.1. When I first became their customer, my glasses took unusually long to make. I called after a month and they said they were moving so things were not synchronized. Sadly, they are very unorganized. Dr will not return phone calls to patients even after not getting returned calls forDays. The only person there who is great was Steven in optical. Dr. Clark’s offices used to be fantastic . Super sad. Will not be returning to see Dr Bass and DO NOT Recommend for me or my family and friends.
