“On 9/4/ 25 I called with an AC issue. 72 degrees sent out a technician out within 30 minutes. Josias Calderon was able to diagnose the problem and quickly attempted to fix the problem.
He discovered that my unit was working properly and that it was a Duke Energy issue. He had me contact Duke Energy and they came out and fixed the problem, and my AC was restored.
I would like to praise 72 Degrees, and especially Josias for his professionalism and expertise. I am extremely satisfied with their service and care for fixing my problem. I would recommend 72 Degrees to any one with an AC/heating problem!!!!“
