“I brought my Norwegian Forest cat, Misha, to Ashley for a grooming. Misha had some terrible mats. (She gets them every spring - shedding season.). Although she was busy, Ashley fit us into her schedule for the following day after my phone call. Ashley was very attentive to my concerns, and above all was very caring and gentle with my cat. Knowing cats well, she did not over-groom to the point of stressing out Misha. It was easy to tell that Ashley loves her work, loves animals and is very sensitive to their needs.“

He gets anxious about grooming so being able to drop him off and not have him waiting in a kennel. “It's a great place with one issue not worth removing a star over. That issue is the $6 bone they keep out front to the right. It's extremely popular and whomever is in charge doesn't keep it in stock well enough. When something is the star of your show, make sure you have it.Now...I've brought my dog in for nail trimming. Grinding down as far as possible without hurting her cost $19. I think there's a lesser effort for $15 but didn't try it. This service is walk-in, but because I don't trust people to be at work when I need them, I asked for an appointment instead. I was placated. Please and thank you.Door Dash delivers from here too. If you don't feel like hauling a 25-pound bag of dog food, boom, there it is. However, a dasher once also messed up my order, which Dash refunded.Setting up an appointment via the website is iffy. Call them instead. They don't want you to do that, btw. Call them anyhow. Every person working was friendly and I like talking with them when I shop there. There's usually a treat ready for my pooch, too.
