Skylar is the best always makes time for the complex where I work.they are really knowledgeable and professional and explains everything so I fully understand what happened, why,and how he will fix it. I had a plumbing emergency and had to shut the water off to my whole house. A small thing -- shower nob broke. The actually answered the phone, they sent someone right away (within 1/2 hour) He fixed the fixture and was done. He was very polite and professional. I felt served by them. PLUS -- I called 8 plumbers before them.... most did not answer the phone and the others said they were book out for weeks. One guy said maybe he could come after hours for the emergency plumber rate $$$Thank you Star Services. I'll call you first next time.
