Craig did a great job of providing me quotes on all my options and patiently answering my many questions on them. The two young men that did the install were great. Polite, professional, and their work is neat and clean. Stephen did a great job of explaining everything and answering any questions I had.

Air Controls in Billings sets the standard for how to treat customers. Last spring, they came out to inspect the furnace when other companies were not happy about the timing. Air Controls ultimately replaced the 20+ year old furnace and AC units and were professional and courteous. They protected the carpet and were diligent in their work.In today’s service environment it seems like they went above and beyond, but I think the way they operate their business is how it used to be - the right way.Services: Heating system installation
