I made a post on Facebook trying to find someone to help & most people said I would just have to cut it all off... But Kenzie reached out to me saying she would be happy to help, and she did amazing. She was so kind & considerate of my feelings about my hair cuz she knew I was really upset about it. I can't believe how incredibly patient she was, she literally spent almost 12 hours working on my hair, determined to save as much as possible.
