After moving to Montana recently and needing a trusted center I could go to for dermal fillers, I made an appointment with Central Wellness after reading how amazing their reviews are. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My experience at Central Wellness was nothing short of wonderful. I was immediately greeted by Laurie when I walked in and she was welcoming, warm and friendly towards me. I then had a consult with Rachel who carried so much poise and a very pleasant disposition. Every appointment is a positive and professional experience. I'm met with a warm welcome and helpful staff to check me in. WaIt times are minimal. I'm always offered a beverage. My selected service is always well explain and questions answered. The professionalism and experience really comes through knowledgeable and experienced staff! Cleanliness and safety is a priority. I leave feeling as I've had a great treatment by excellent staff!

I absolutely love this place! I started going here because I developed serious acne out of nowhere and was hoping that getting some facial treatments would help. I’ve done facials here that been amazing, I’m currently on their hormone program that has changed my life and just got my first Botox treatment that was amazing!
