Exceptional service.From the moment I stepped into Bauer & Clausen, I knew my experience was going to be great. The ambience of the store was both welcoming and modern, creating a comfortable environment.The staff in the Optical side were excellent.They greeted me with warm smiles, and were incredibly knowledgeable about their products. What impressed me most was their patience and attention to details.They took the time to understand my needs preferences and lifestyle to recommend the perfect pair of lenses.I was particularly amazed by the precision of the eye examination. I always trust Dr. Bauer and his staff to focus on each person and their individual needs. They are thoughtful and willing to thoroughly explain every question I may have. They make me feel like they care. I'm sure they really do!
Everyone was wonderful at Bauer & Clausen Optometry. Dr. Forsch took her time and did an excellent job with my difficult vision. I'm seeing better now than I have in years!
