Such a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I even got into a better contact by a fluke. I have been going to eye doctors for 29-years and will definitely be returning to Lens Crafters in the future!
I absolutely loved the eye doctor herself. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would have appreciated a better explanation of costs and more options presented before I made my purchase. It did not feel like I was given options, more that I was told "This is your option."
Excellent customer service. The doctor was excellent. My apologies for forgetting her name. Just a great experience in regards to getting a new prescription. I highly recommend WH Vision.
