“I was a few minutes early but had little waiting time to take tests and afterwards being escorted to the exam room Dr. Evans walked in when I did and gave me test results then sent me on my way. This was very quick and everyone was ready to do their job so patients would not be backed up. Hardly anyone was in the waiting room since they moved through the different processes with speed and ease.“

“My sister flew in for a visit on a Monday by that Sunday morning before day she woke up and couldn’t see out of her right eye. We rushed her to MS Baptist Hospital and that’s when met Dr. Jay Brown. We had a week long visit visit with him. I’m telling he came straight to see us in his building on that Sunday. From then on he was always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great doctor that cares about his patients, sat and explained everything throughly to us and her options. She felt so comfortable with Dr. Brown. The wait was not long at all and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable regarding co-pays and explaining warranties/fees.
