I don't like their office hours. I couldn't schedule an appointment on my lunch break because they are closed for a 2 hour lunch break. I had a hard time picking my glasses up because they closed at 4:30 and I get off at 5:00. I go to lunch at 11:00 and their whole office Is closed for 2 hours so I can't pick them up at lunch or after work because they are closed. The office hours aren't good for people that work,but the staff was friendly .
Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as I came in, great staff, and overall no wait time. This is my 3rd year going to Odom's eye care and each visit was nice. Also, great variety of glasses to choose from depending on your budget.
My family of 6 are patients at Odoms and we love it! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is top knotch. Our lovely doctor is just the best! I have even referred my parents to Dr. McKinney and they love her, too! Overall, a great experience.
