“Tried Hotworx for a few months. I liked the smaller rooms and different options for your skill level. I didn't like that sometimes people would book appointments and not show up at all, so the room went without being used. I'm not sure if this has been addressed since I stopped going. We had an issue with being billed after we had stopped going even though proper notice was given. The manager who signed us up and processed our termination did not do this correctly. The new manager, Jordan, took care of everything and processed the return quickly as promised. I think personally I would benefit from in-person instruction, but if you don't need that, this is a great place to use.“
