Not only do they provide exceptional service for regular appointments, they go above and beyond to get us in quickly for unexpected visits and also ensure our girl Millie has a great stay at the Bed and Biscuit when she needs some time away from us ;) When we had to bring our dog Lucy in in 2020 to have her put to sleep (Dr. Z had taken care of her from 10 weeks old), the staff was incredibly kind and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye - on a Saturday. When they called letting me know he was ready, I walked back in & Dr Kaur came out, explained every single detail they did.
