As a small business landlord, Realtor, and homeowner, I always call or recommend Tom and the team at TNT HVAC whenever there are any HVAC related issues. They are very conservative, repairing whenever possible, and always willing to help explain our options and ways to extend the life of our units. Recently we had a miscommunication resulting in the need for an extra service trip. We could have been clearer with our instructions. TNT HVAC didn’t charge for the extra trip and worked with us to resolve the issue. This level of professionalism is very uncommon in our experience, and we truly value the integrity of this company and its employees! Thank you TNT HVAC LLC!
