The Nail Lounge Highland Village

I went in to get my nails done for my proposal. I was super excited because the place seemed upscale and I expected the service to be good considering it's in Highland Village which is a prestigious shopping area in Jackson. I asked for a dip powder manicure and full set. I was sat immediately but the guy who did my nails seemed super stingy. He moved super quick and even hurt a little when doing my cuticles. I asked for my nails to be in a square shape and they were not done properly. They were still rounded. My nails started to chip not even a week later. I will not be returning back. Very over priced and quality is not good. Do not waste your time here.

I found this place after searching for salons open on Sunday. I saw that they took walk ins, so I thought I would try them out. The guy that acknowledged at the door was not too friendly with his responses. After waiting a while, a nice lady working the bar assisted me. We had a nice chat and she did the gel fill I asked for. By Tuesday, the gel on 8 of my fingers were gone. This place is much higher than other nearby locations. I really had high expectations but was very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Everything about this Nail Salon is amazing the employees there are all sooooo very nice and my daughter absolutely loves it she doesn't want to go anywhere else! She adores her nail tech Shannon said she listens to her and the results she get are always TOP NOTCH and I couldn't agree with her more! If you're looking for a great experience and making sure your needs are met definitely go there and ask for Shannon
