Very KNOWLEDGEABLE (unlike most in the business). Fast, quality work. My AC Unit had a leak, and was out of refrigerant. Would not have found them if it wasn't for Cinch Home warranty. I will use them again in the future. Thanks!
Our unit went out suddenly one Friday afternoon. We called lots of folk but on a Friday afternoon at 3pm the only ones willing to come were Southern Comfort. THEY ACTUALLY CAME without putting us off till the next week. They were very professional and the crew was very efficient. Rather than try to get over on us, he diagnosed that the inside coils needed replacing. He did advise us that we'd probably need a new one soon but he was willing to work with what we had (and my tight budget). As my unit is very old (more than 30 years old), no one made the part any longer. That's when he he pulled out his torch and engineered one for us from an available part!!!
