I checked out all the Pilates studios of the Jackson area and this was the best one. The owner's friendliness and inclusiveness really made the difference. This studio is very well managed and it is evident.

I definitely recommend Pilates of Jackson! The environment is so relaxing and welcoming. All the instructors are very nice and have their own instructor style. I make it a point to attempt to book each instructor at least once a week. Very nice, elegant and CLEAN set up! It's perfect! Everyone is so nice and friendly including the members

I have really enjoyed my experience thus far! The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to help you through each class. I feel so good about my exercising here as I have felt immediate results!!!!
