It’s not exceptionally clean, and the pedicure that I got has polish all over my cuticles. They badger you to tip and charge top dollar for what I would consider below average work.

I recently got my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did them filled them with an eyebrow pencil. When I got home and cleaned my face, I noticed that my eyebrows are totally different. Ive been going there for years. I love this place but I am going to go to a new shop. I was told one price and paid for it. When everything was completed I was asked to pay for a brow wax which I had already paid. They have lost me as a client after 10 years!
