Eli was spot on with diagnostics, had a quick proposed resolution to our issue, and had a new compressor installed and working in no time. He was very professional and accommodating to all my questions. Will always use ModernAir for our HVAC needs.

I called Modern Air on Friday afternoon to set an appointment for a technician to come do a summer check up on my unit. Remembering to schedule maintenance had slipped my mind. Appt was set for Monday morning. I received a call stating the technician was on his way. I was sent a text stating Caleb (and a photo of him) was my tech. He promptly arrived, checked out side and in my attic. Friendly, clean and well dressed. Explained what he did. I was thrilled that everything was in good order. Modern Air was very highly recommended to us by a trusted friend who has used them for a number of years, for their HVAC needs.
