Staff members forcing rabies shots on dogs so weak that it kills them...my Pomeranian was recovering from surgery, and when I checked him out a staff member forced a rabies shot on him, which he never recovered from.

This group tends to overcharge significantly. I wish I knew better before spending thousands of dollars there over the years, but now I take our pets to Lakeland Animal Clinic (even though I live down the street from Briarwood) and could not be happier. Their staff is wonderful to deal with too and you can tell they genuinely care about your furry family members.

These guys are awesome. Been with them for many years. Helped us put one down. Sweet girls at the desk. Understand immediate issues. Staff is awesome. Vets are honest about problems.
